Amazing views and pool

Our stay was fantastic! This place is a hidden gem and fabulous value for money. The property was large, clean and well presented. The pool and the views were phenomenal! Highly recommend this as a base to explore Tuscany and its equi distance to Pisa and Florence.

Beautiful appartment

We enjoyed our stay very much. Communication with Maurizio went smooth and responses to any questions we had were quick and good. The appartment (Quercy) was spacious, clean and well equipped. We certainly recommend this location if you are planning to visit Florence, Siena, Volterra and San Gimignano. For our visit to Florence, Maurizio recommended to drive to Empoli and then take the train to Florence and that worked out perfectly.

Beautiful location, clean and well equipped apartment and lovely pool

We really enjoyed our stay. Maurizio's apartment was a good size, really well equipped and spotlessly clean. We loved the pool and the local area - lots of pretty local towns to explore. The location is beautiful, with stunning views of the countryside. Maurizio was very responsive and helpful as a host. The pool and outside space was cleaned daily. Only thing I would mention to families with younger children is that there is no air con (fans instead) which our children struggled with in the height of summer, being British and not used to the heat! But the apartment was excellent value for money and we enjoyed our stay.

Simply the Best

We have just enjoyed a wonderful 14 night stay and can’t thank Maurizio and his family enough for the pleasure they have provided. The location is stunning and the facilities everything we could have hoped for. It was disappointing having to leave and return to the UK. Communication with Maurizio was superb from the start and he was always on hand if there were any problems with the accommodation - there weren’t any problems but it was a real pleasure to spend time chatting to him. A great host and a truly lovely guy. Thank you again and hopefully we will return in the future. Linda and Alistair Coy

A slice of “the simple life”

This is the real Tuscany. You can stay here and never leave town and be happy. Mauritzio and his family have created a warm and welcome agriturismo. My family including an 18 mo old and 4 year old stayed for two weeks comfortably. The pool is magnificent and the view is absolutely stunning. We loved the farm fresh eggs, olive oil and wine at our fingertips. There are grocery stores within 15 min and a small cafe a 5 min drive. We took plenty of various day trips - to the beach, Lucca, Volterra san gimingano all within we reach. Mauritzio is like family now we will be back.

Ein Traum

Die Wohnung war tip top sauber und es war alles da, was man braucht. Wir hatten eine tolle Terrasse direkt mit Blick zum Pool und in die umliegenden Weinberge. In der kleinen Rezeption konnte man Kaffee machen, sowie Wein, frische Eier und Olivenöl vom Vermieter kaufen. Maurizio war ein sehr herzlicher Gastgeber. Vielen lieben Dank für Alles. Wir werden bestimmt mal wieder kommen und Urlaub hier machen.

Traumhafte Kombination zwischen Besichtigungen und Ausruhen

Wir haben uns als erstes gefreut, dass Maurizio den Pool bis Ende Oktober in Betrieb hat und uns das Wetter tatsächlich herrliche sommerliche Tage zum Ausruhen in der Ferienwohnung mit Pool geschenkt hatte. Der Kontakt mit Maurizio und seiner Familie war immer herzlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist angenehm geräumig und der permanente Zugang zu verschiedenen Kaffeesorten gleich gegenüber ein Genuss. Die eigenen Weine und das Öl sind hervorragend. Ausgezeichnet ist auch die Lage für Besichtigungen in den großen Städten Florenz und Siena mit dem Zug und den vielen kleineren mittelalterlichen Orten, um einfach mal zum Abendessen mit dem Auto hinzufahren. Genauso gut kann man von der Ferienwohnung aus wandern und radfahren oder einfach nur den Sternenhimmel genießen.

Tolles Apartment und perfekte Lage. Für Ausflüge.

Wir haben unsere 2 Wochen sehr genossen. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und hatte alles was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Die Lage war perfekt für Tagesausflüge oder man konnte sich am Pool entspannen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Esperienza nella campagna toscana

L'esperienza è stata varia: dalla visita alle medievali S.Giminiano, Certaldo, Volterra alle giornate al mare di Calambrone e Cecina, al Palio di Siena, al percorso in bicicletta sulla via Francigena tappa 32 da S.Gimignano a Monteriggioni per poi rilassarsi ogni volta nella pace dell'agriturismo il Pino. Avremo degli ottimi ricordi.

Traumhafte Wohnung in toller Umgebung und sehr netten Gastgebern

Unser Urlaub war dank dieser traumhaften Unterkunft nicht zu toppen ❤️. Auch Maurizio mit gesamter Familie war als Gastgeber großartig. Seine Frau hat uns nach einer Autopanne selbstlos in einem 10km entfernten Ort abgeholt, dies ist nicht selbstverständlich und erntet daher sehr großen Dank von uns. Die Wohnung hat alles, was zu einem ausgedehnten Urlaub notwendig ist. Die Aussicht ist ebenfalls großartig, Blick in eine typisch toskanische Landschaft, auch wenn man im Pool entspannt. Viele sehenswerte Städtchen sind in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Wir werden wiederkommen.
