“Really helpful staff. Great free coffee. Little water in room. Great A/C and comfy bed. Big minus was pool being out of action, not told and we planned on using that for a day. Also quite far from town center but handy for airport. ”

“Loved that it had a shuttle to and from the airport. We only stayed one night. Our room was ok, seemed small but worked for what we needed. Did like the snacks and drinks at a reasonable price.”

“The room wasn’t a hotel. It was an apartment. The apartment had visible black mold growing on the walls and the furniture. And sheets were slept in and dirty and the mattress was dirty. The sinks also hadn’t been cleaned. ”

“Breakfast was good. The problem was that I explained I needed Wi-Fi and they didn't have it. I had to go to the restaurant to get a signal. When I wanted to speak to a staff member, there was never anyone at reception. When I tried to shower, I basically needed 40 minutes because the water wasn't flowing enough to wash myself. For the price they charge for accommodation, it doesn't seem right to me.”

“They charge gratuity automatically which isn’t uncommon in Nassau. However, it seems that because the staff knows they’re getting tips regardless, they don’t bother being attentive. If I pay auto-gratuity, I expect the pool staff at the pool bar/restaurant to bring me my order. Instead, they all stood around talking to each other and forgot about my food until I went up and asked for it. By that time, it was cold. When I stopped by the sushi spot near the lobby at 9:38pm, the waitress said……

“Great brealkfast menu. By the beach in walking distance and close to the airport. Extra fees for parking and daily housekeeping along with a required deposit. Check with hotel before booking. My room was nice and clean, lacking some amenities, probably had to ask front desk for them. Location though is great.”

“The bartender at the beach/pool, Frederick (?) was super nice, welcoming and made awesome drinks. I loved how big my room was and it was very quiet and peaceful.”

“Place was in a building under construction in which the apartment is very hidden and the instructions to find it were not clear. The place was really dark at night and made everything more difficult to find. Someone saw us struggling at night trying to find the place and guided us to the apartment. The host was not very accommodating regarding our request to ck out at 12 rather we than 11 am so that we could finish an activity that ran late. ”

“We enjoyed the location which was away from the large, commercial, stereotype complexes that try to keep you in their “hotel bubble.” This is a small and quiet place that offers tranquility. It has a charming beach front with trees. You are away from the congested traffic, 11 minutes south from the airport and close to other beaches in the area. A 15 minute drive to Clifton Memorial park offers pristine beaches that are natural and isolated. A 2 minute walk from the Villas takes you to a scuba……
