“I was on Expedia making a last minute reservation the evening of check-in. I accidentally selected this property instead of another I wanted. I immediately called Expedia to explain my error. Expedia called Hampton Inn to explain the situation and request a waiver of their non-refundable rule. Hampton Inn bluntly refused, knowing full well that there would be no one checking-in for that room. It was a classic case of “we’ve got your money now and it sucks to be you.” We never got a refund. “The bed was excellent, amenities good as well. We were disappointed in the breakfast, scarce food items when we went to eat around 9:00 a.m.”

“Close to the airport. My reservation for two nights, however I arrived the next day at 1:15AM, no incentive still have to pay full price for two nights. I guess it's just pure business and it's fine. First floor room, access was blocked by so many supplies so unsafe for tripping. The middle of the day got the letter that the floor hallway to the front desk and fir breakfast i blocked for construction so we need to get out of the building and go around to get in back for breakfast if you want to.……

“WiFi was broken so it was annoying beside that it was fine.”

“Three adults and two dogs stayed for three nights. Comfortable one bedroom with two queen beds, separate living room and small kitchen with full fridge. Kitchen could be stocked a bit better with glassware, utensils etc and the kitchen table needs a third chair. TV has very basic cable with no option to log into a Netflix or Prime account. Nice large closet off bathroom sink area. Basic breakfast included. Two restaurants in walking distance. Indoor pool and gym available. Patio out back is a……

“For what was advertised and what I received for what I paid for, I was very disappointed. Not very clean, unwelcoming, loud. Would if was advertised as what it actually was and photos matching what you were getting, I would have stayed somewhere else, or expected a much lower rate. It’s not a terrible stay, just felt it was misrepresented for value of what was actually received”
