“The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. “Because of the parking problem, I went to bed at 2 a.m. Because of the attitude of the other party in handling the problem, I left a message to the hotel on Google. The hotel replied that they had no problem. Being rude and providing a solution are two different things. It is not rude just because the solution is unreasonable.
