Eine gute Zeit in derToscana

In der Küche gab es genügend Teller und Gläser, ansonsten eher spartanisch und teilweise nicht funktionstüchtig. Für Kaffeetrinker eher ernüchternd. Der Blcik in die Maremma immerwieder schön!!!!!

Schöne Wohnung in nettem Dorf

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und ansprechend eingerichtet. Die Klimaanlage haben wir bei knapp 40 Grad zwar vermisst, aber das wussten wir vorher anhand der Beschreibung. Abgesehen davon war alles da, was man üblicherweise im Haushalt braucht, sogar ein zweiter Kühlschrank. Von der Wohnung aus hat man einen unmittelbaren Zugang zum Flair dieses sympathischen toskanischen Bergdorfes. In Sachen Ausflugszielen, Strandvarianten usw. ist in der Umgebung für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei, man sollte auf die entsprechenden Anfahrtswege eingestellt sein. Ein genauer Blick auf Google maps hilft da enorm.

Mit der Familie in Caldana

Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt in Caldana gut gefallen, das Objekt ist top ausgestattet und ist nichts zu bemängeln. Kleiner Punktabzug wegen der heißen nächtlichen Temperaturen und des z.T. rel. starken Verkehrsaufkommens.

Sehr schönes Haus in super Lage

Schon zum zweiten Mal waren wir in diesem Haus, das für uns keinerlei Wünsche offen lässt - von der Größe des Hauses, der wirklich vollständigen Ausstattung und dem zwar kleinen Ort, der aber alles bietet, was man zum Toskana-Urlaub braucht: Espresso-Bars, Restaurants, eine Metzgerei und einen kleinen Supermarkt. Der Gastgeber ist für Rückfragen und bei Problemen jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. In der näheren Umgebung finden sich die Städte Grosseto und Follonica und die Küste. Die ***-Ausflugsziele der südlichen Toskana finden sich in 100 km Umkreis des Ortes.

Großes rustikales Reihenhaus

Das wirklich große Haus bietet reichlich Platz und ist gut ausgestattet. Leider gibt es trotz vorhandenem Wlan keinen Internetzugang. Wir waren zu zweit mit unseren beiden Hunden dort und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Ein kleiner Supermarkt lag in etwa 300m Entfernung. Erwähnenswert ist der tolle Blick vom Balkon über die Täler und Hügel der Umgebung. Auch ein abgeschlossener Abstellplatz für ein Auto war vorhanden. Unser Fazit: Auch für mehrere Personen sicher eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Dörfliche Ruhe und Ambiente - zentral in der Maremma gelegen

Zwei plus Hund, aber geht auch mit mehr Personen. Der Blick vom Balkon in die Ferne bis zum Meer ist erholsam. Caldana bietet auf den zweiten Blick sehr vieles direkt und in der Umgebung im Radius von 30 min bis 60 min was man entdecken kann. Tarotgarten, viele kleine Bergdörfer, Olivenöl, Wein, Essen und Strände. ,

Tranquillità

Caldana mi ha riportato indietro nel tempo, tranquillità, persone che passano la serata seduti fuori casa a chiacchierare, come succedeva in tutta Italia ormai parecchi anni fa. La casa è enorme, arredata con gran gusto e gode di una meravigliosa vista sulla maremma. Anche se ci sono 25 minuti di strada per arrivare al mare, l'assenza di traffico e viaggiare in mezzo al verde rendeva il tragitto un piacere tanto che siamo andati quasi tutti i giorni al mare. Una vacanza indimenticabile.

Wunderschönes Feriendomizil

Wir haben den Urlaub in der Maremma mit unseren Kindern voll genossen. Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön und liegt sehr ruhig. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen sehr schönen Ausblick in die Natur. Caldana ist ein kleiner, beschaulicher und noch sehr ursprünglicher Ort. Mit der Familie kann man zu Fuß zu den Restaurants im Ort gehen. Es hat vorzüglich geschmeckt. Vom sehr netten Vermieter haben wir wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung bekommen. Perfekte Strände, Thermen, Besichtigungen, Wanderungen, ... Unsere Familie war voll begeistern von diesem Urlaub!

Perle in Caldana

Wunderschönes, doppelstöckiges Haus in Caldana, einem romantisch mittelalterlichen Dörfchen, wo man das Leben richtig geniessen kann. Stilvoll eingerichtet, lauschiger Garten mit Grillplatz, Balkon mit Aussicht über die Südtoskana, Parkplatz direkt beim Haus. Kommen gerne wieder!

Absolut eine Reise wert!

Großes, geräumiges und sauberes Ferienhaus mit schönem Garten und tollem Ausblick! An Ausstattung hat uns nichts gefehlt. Der charmante, kleine Ort Caldana hat alles, was man braucht (kleiner Supermarkt, nette Restaurants). Für uns ideal, um die südliche Toskana zu erkunden. Die schönen Strände der Maremma wie der bei Alberese sind schnell erreicht, aber auch Siena, Pisa, Saturnia waren tolle Ausflugsziele. Insgesamt ein wunderschöner Urlaub.

Sehr schönes Haus mit Garten und traumhaftem Blick

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in dem gemütlichen, gut ausgestattetem Haus im schönen Caldana . Der Blick vom Balkon in die Weite ist ein Traum und den Garten haben unsere Kinder gerne zum Ballspielen genutzt. Der Kontakt zum Vermittler war sehr unkompliziert und nett. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Wunderschönes Haus in ursprünglichem Dorf

Sehr geräumiges, sauberes Haus, das seinem Namen Bella vista alle Ehre macht: der Ausblick ist unbeschreiblich schön! Im Dorf gibt es Supermarkt, Restaurants, Schreibwaren, Bar, Spielplatz und Fußballplatz, somit alles, was man braucht. Mitte August findet ein Fest statt mit Essen und Musik. In ca einer halben Stunde ist man mit dem Auto (empfehlenswert) am Strand von Scarlino mit netter Bar und sehr flachem Wssser. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schönes Haus mit traumhaftem Ausblick

In dem liebevoll eingerichteten und großen Haus in Caldana haben wir 2 schöne Ferienwochen verbracht. Der Ort liegt auf einem Berg und hat alles, was man für einen kleinen Einkauf braucht: Bäcker, kl. Supermarkt, Cafe/Eis und 3 Restaurants, die alle zu empfehlen sind. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet, große Küche mit Esstisch, schöne Bäder und großzügiges Ambiente. Vom Balkon und dem ansprechenden Garten aus hat man einen hervorragenden Blick über die Landschaft. Gartenmöbel sind vorhanden, der Grill funktioniert prima. Ein Parkplatz ist auf dem Grundstück am Haus vor der Garage. Es ist alles sehr gepflegt und sauber und die Beschreibung trifft zu. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir können das Objekt empfehlen und kommen gern wieder.

Grosses, stilsicher eingerichtetes Haus in schoener Umgebung

Caldana ist ein sehr schoener alter Ort, und das Haus schafft es altes Ambiente, mit modernem Komfort zu verbinden. Am Hang gelegen mit geraeumigem Garten und grossartiger Ausstattung haben wir unsere Zeit in diesem Haus sehr genossen. Empfehlenswert auch die Osteria "La Gricia" einige Gehminuten entfernt. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist auch in der Naehe.
