“The listed says it sleeps 6. However there was not a hide-a-bed or a cot. There were 2 bedrooms with very comfortable beds and an air mattress. I wish I knew that was the sleeping arrangement for the other two people. No washer and dryer which would have been nice since we were crabbing. Other than that it was a great little place to stay. ”

“Home was an easy fit for four adults and our two pups. Backing up to the Seaside golf course allowed for abundant bird and wildlife watching. Delightful to watch the two adult bald eagles in the tree on the course. Front, unobstructed view of the beach/ocean/surfers/storm was great as well. Large living space would work very well for a family. Our weather wasn’t super conducive to using the deck and I can see that would be nice in summer. “This was a comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood with a wide open view of the estuary. The bedroom and bath arrangement suited our family well and we enjoyed the living spaces with big windows and plenty of seating. Laundry facilities were provided. ”

“Great location. Way over priced. This thing needs a hot tub. Weird check in. Get code day of stay. Strange. Host was available and very responsive. This house sleeps 6 not 10 unless you have tiny kids that want to sleep in the weird alcove or livingroom couch. We have paid WAY less for much better properties. ”

“This worked for what we needed. Clean bathrooms, slept really well, and close to where we wanted to be. There’s no extras here or anything luxury. Could’ve used more dishwashing tabs ( 3 night stay and only supplied 2) and bed spreads looked dingy. Seemed expensive for what it was. Overall it was satisfactory. ”
