「We were pleasantly surprised how close to the beach access it was. Not only that but it was the perfect entrance to a part of the beach that wasn’t so abundantly full and had a clear path in and out. There is also Seaside Market very close near the house for last minute needs which was a bonus. If you hop in the car your maybe a 3-6 minute drive to the promenade and the aquarium, plus the heart of downtown and lots of good sopping and eats. The house was perfect for a big family or 2 families....

「The house is in a wonderful location to walk to anywhere in town, and has great river views. I was very impressed with how clean and organized it he space was. Lots of thoughtful details in the living room of furniture pieces with multiple uses. Communication with the hosts was also prompt. Love having a little green space around the property as well. 」

「The smell of the rental was horrible. We walked in to a very strong chemical smell that never went away during our 2 night stay. The windows were permanently locked so we couldn't air it out that way. We had to open the front door for fresh air. The smell was so strong, it was unappealing to even want to cook in the kitchen. The unit is out dated, kitchen appliances are old, etc. At least the shower worked, the water pressure was good. There were enough towels and the beds were decent, that was...

「Very cute, old house in a quiet part of town. Beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious, and the kitchen had the basics for breakfasts before exploring the town and the beach. The beach is very close and accessible and the house came with a bunch of beach toys, chairs, towels, and even some fishing gear and a clam gun! The kids enjoyed playing the arcade games and the other toys. The parking is a bit tight if you need to park in the garage, but there is an outside spot provided as well....
