“We go back to Seaside every October for the past few years. This place has been our choice every time. Such friendly staff and a great view of the river. While I'm not overly fond of the breakfast options, but there are so many great restaurants around that it doesn't really effect our trip. “I loved the location, really close to the beach and walking distance to downtown. The place was clean, no A/C, could use a couple fans for warm nights while sleeping. I needed extra tp and towels, all I had to do was call and they brought them over. I do wish there was a broom and dustpan. Being so close to the beach, we did track in sand. We stayed several days, so it would've been nice to be able to clean up a bit. Other than that, it was great. ”
