Room was clean and much bigger than we expected with a beautiful city view on the corner. The toiletries were high quality and the kitchen was stocked with cooking supplies. “The Hyatt House Vanderbilt is very convenient to the medical center where I had several procedures preformed. The front desk staff were very helpful seeing to our needs. The room was very clean and quiet. Fir dinner, the bartender was great with our orders. Breakfast has almost anything you could want! On our first trip, we actually extended our stay by a couple of day. It’s a great place to rest and recover. ”

“Marriott Hotels have always been my first choice for travel because of their excellent service and clean rooms. However, during this stay, there were two days when workers were hanging outside my window, talking and working. On one of those days, I was woken up a little after 8:00 a.m. by the noise of power tools. I was very tired and needed rest, so I declined the front desk’s suggestion to change rooms “after 8:00 a.m.” I completely understand that hotel maintenance is necessary, but if guests……
