The "stove" was a hot plate placed on a plastic table. There was exposed wiring, the walls needed painting/ cleaning, and there was visible residue on the walls. On Mar.4, elevator broke down with us on the inside, and the door was locked. No power to elevator.Used my phone to call front desk.No towels were in the room. On Mar.5, night desk clerk opened our door after 11pm We were saved by the safety chain. We felt he was going to rob us.」
