「This is a beautiful property. Love the ambience, the decor, the color pallet, the pool, the beautiful garden type vibes. The room was a good enough size for us, the bathroom was just lovely. The room was cleaned daily, and they really did a good job at changing the towels etc. I've been to other hotels where I've had to argue with them for new towels daily. You have to use your room key card to take the elevators up which is a good safety measure. There were lots of restrooms around the hotel,...

「We weren’t put on a higher floor as indicated at booking. When questioned we were told there was a leak/problem on 5th floor. Hoping for another corner room on a higher floor [than 1] we were shown alternative rooms that were smaller. Additionally the pillows were stained with red juice or wine. Considering the newness of the hotel more was expected. The front desk manager, Ebony was firm and proactive with training she’ll be a great. However the hotel could do better should be better...
