“I arrived at the hotel before check-out due to my flight delays and I couldn't get to the hotel on May 21 so arrived in the morning before check out and I was told that I cannot check in and was not reimbursed for the stay.”

“Staff/service was very slow. There was no hot water running in our room. The entire stay went by and we were having cold showers. There is no kettle in the room, so you can not get boiling water for a tea or coffee after 10 pm. The coffee machine was not working in our room. The safe wasn’t working when we first arrived; shortly after, the engineer arrived and fixed it- so we were able to use the safe in the room during our stay. There was a broken piece in the shower stall. The toilet clogged……

“The property is very clean smell so good. The staff are ok, could be better especially during breakfast. The staff take long to take orders and sometimes get a bit confused. I think they need training and the supervisor needs to assist when there is a crowd. Secondly the room is beautiful cleaned but missing a drinking glasses. I would recommend you add glasses to the rooms because not everyone likes to drink from the water bottle.”

The property was immaculate, staff were friendly, their bar/coffee shop and variety of foods being offered at the lunch buffet were all excellent. I loved the shuttle (can be used upon request if needed, but let the property know ahead of time).”

Very close to banks. GRA is one straight drive on camp street. I didn't like the breakfast - only took the breakfast one day - the other days I ate out (not a problem for me)”

Requested pics with date stamp of damaged equipment and glass prior to the beginning of my stay and the hotel did not provide. They have however charged my card US $1,098”
