「The cleaner supervisor was very strict on how many complimentary bottles of water you could have per day. Limited to 2. Breakfast generally good. Guyana has an abundance of fruit. The daily quality of the apples could have been better.」

「Room was good and comfortable. Bathroom needs updating, there were broken tiles and windows wouldn’t close in the bathroom. I didn’t like that pool is in the dining area. However, the food was good and Romel the driver was very nice while driving us around. I felt safe and would return here.」

「I arrived early for check in & wasn't made to wait. In fact I was upgraded to the Princess Suite. However, the noise on the rooftop due to renovations started a bit early in mornings -7.00am. My recommendations are that general hotel rules should be placed in a folder in each room. Also a dedicated dining area inside the general hotel area for guests. Location, convenient; staff very pleasant & helpful. I especially liked the amenities provided & the free laundry service. Thank you 🙏👍❤️」

The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist. The rooms were spacious and well maintained, and the service throughout my stay was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again.」

「No English speaking people when checking in. There is a lack of service…. No towels when needed. Was asked to take my towel down to be washed instead of service to the room. Only one hard working person who seems dedicated but the rest were just sitting around! Noisy place at and it does not feel safe at night! I suppose they cater for a group of tourist who are no English speaking!」
