It took 2 hours before we could be served coffee and waited another half hour for breakfast to be served, only to be served the wrong items for one of the guests. The bill was prepared and missed one of the guest on the bill. The hotel did not have water coming through the taps for half a day. Had to request the hotel provide bottle water to the room. 「Staff/service was very slow. There was no hot water running in our room. The entire stay went by and we were having cold showers. There is no kettle in the room, so you can not get boiling water for a tea or coffee after 10 pm. The coffee machine was not working in our room. The safe wasn’t working when we first arrived; shortly after, the engineer arrived and fixed it- so we were able to use the safe in the room during our stay. 「the room was very clean, bathroom nicely tiled, and was spacious - hot water to shower was abundant. Parking was good and the owner allowed me to park on the hotel's front driveway. Very close to banks. GRA is one straight drive on camp street. I didn't like the breakfast - only took the breakfast one day - the other days I ate out (not a problem for me)」
