"I booked a Lakeview Cinderella cottage and was given a Cinderella cottage in the back of the resort. MAINSTAY, for the love of god, you cannot expect to charge the prices you do and not have proper air conditioning in your rooms. The windows in Cinderella Cottage are wooden louvers with a tiny mesh covering there is no way the AC would get that cottage remotely cool because the windows are not properly secure.
