“The Bel Air hotel room that we stayed in was very clean and smelled fresh. The air conditioning was very powerful and effective. The staff was very warm, friendly and professional.
The balcony was spacious.
Even though construction was going on in certain areas of the property we know that it's to better improve the quality and experience of the guest.
We would definitely be staying at The Bel Air hotel at the next opportunity.”

The staff was warm and friendly. Public transportation was easy to get right outside the property.
There are lots of shops nearby.

“The cost does not reflect quality of service and physical the state of the property- broken safe, non working/noisy air conditioners, unclean rooms, old towels and that’s just a start. Employees presents as unhappy in their jobs. Restaurant more expensive than very good restaurants in major American and European cities. Laughable.
Location being central works other than that do NOT recommend. Trying to address issues earns you the ire of staffers.”
