"Amazing spot!!!! Beautiful location in the mountains. You deffinetly feel like you're getting away from everything when you stay the night here. Peaceful. The lady Sandra at the front was so sweet and gave such great hospitality!!! 10/10!!! Their shower is hot and the bathrooms are clean. Bed had excellent amount of pillows.... Definitely making this a yearly stay!!!!"

"The Emerson is a great resort/spa. Our room was just beautiful, clean , and comfortable. However, you will need to plan your stay well before you arrive since spa treatments book up quickly. My stay was spur of the moment so there was no availability, not even for a pedicure. Also be advised that there is no cell service (didn’t matter to me) but there is WiFi. I was aware that the restaurant was closed on the days of my stay so I can’t comment on the food. Even though this is a nice place, I don’t think I’ll be staying here again."

"Loved the setting. Good price. Nice to have the restaurant/brewery right there. The room was nice and clean. The coffee machine wasn't good. The mini fridge was so loud we had to unplug it. I could hear everything the people in the room next to us were saying."

"Our stay at Twin Gables was lovely, right in the heart of Woodstock on Tinker St. We booked for a concert that was cancelled and decided to just make a getaway day of it. Immaculate room (#1 on main floor), very quiet. Good bed, a little firm than we're used to but comfy. Nice big bathroom, spacious shower. Little extras like aromatherapy tabs made a difference. Real old-school hospitality that began with Mgr Lee Ann greeting us at the door. She agreed that Colony was a good music alternative to our cancellation and it was great. We dined at Pearl Moon, very good and walkable. Pretty much everything is walkable from Twin Gables. In the morning we sat in the vintage-style kitchen and Lee Ann served us a nice breakfast (yogurt, fruit, coffee, baked goods). Would definitely return."
