「Perfect location near bus stop for transportation to Taormina. Parking was secure. Staff was wonderful, extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast included an extensive variety to choose from and included superb service; Nino made it especially fun. Cleanliness and service were excellent. Would definitely recommend.」

「The hotel is really nice, the room is good and really modern, in my opinion the bathroom could be improved. The resort has a very nice beach and there are nice restaurants near. One good point is that the hotel smells really good! We had one problem on the morning we left, we had the checkout at 10am, but an employee of the hotel literally entered in our room at 9 am to check the minibar. We didn't hear well the first time he knocked on the door, and on the second time I started to dress up to...

「In the past food was much better, not enough options at breakfast etc. The front stairs to enter so dirty as well as the pool area nothing cleaned daily including pool chairs. We will not go back The air conditioning was horrendous too!!!! We will not return. 」
