「Hot tub was great」

「The doorknob in the bathroom fell off when I closed the door, and I was locked inside for more than an hour. I was screaming and banging for help. I tried to escape but couldn't. I had scratches on my hand from trying to get out. Eventually, the front desk came to investigate the noise, and they called the police. The police had to kick in my room door and kick in the bathroom door to free me. No one called me the next day to see if I was okay, and I asked to speak with the manager about the...

「Clean but basic…TV wasn’t working due to maintenance. Nice courtyard and adjacent bar for those inclined. Bathroom small but seems to be recently remodeled. Often used as Arizona’s trail town for hikers. Beds were adequate and reasonably comfortable. 」

「This was one of the best hotels my family and I have ever stayed at. There isn’t one thing I can complain about. The staff were amazing and very attentive. The best customer service I’ve ever received. The amenities were great. I love that they provided ice and water on every floor. I would definitely recommend this place 100 times over.」

「The night manager was on point. She was helpful, professional and expedient. Made us feel important and welcomed immediately upon our arrival. Ran my own companies for over 40 years. She's a keeper. Giving the staff five stars for sure!」

「Rooms were awesome. I had four kiddos and a dog and they were able to move me from a 2nd floor room to a 1st floor room, per my request, so my crew didn't bother other guests. The heated pool and jacuzzi were highlights. Also, the outside barbeque and hangout area. I didn't want to leave.」

The last time I was here the restroom was flooded, water all over floor sink toilet walls water from upstairs. Never given a discount or a free stay. Room wasn’t cleaned trash emptied/ clean towels had stayed there for a week.」
