「酒店在公路旁，晚上有貨車聲，淋浴用了省水花灑，是慳水，但是一點都不舒適，毫不爽快，如果因爲要慳水而令客人不舒適，我想是不可接受的，反而洗手的水龍頭又沒有使用慳水的水龍頭！洗手盆的距離很遠，漱口時很不方便，風筒是壞的，服務台只有一個人當值，晚上電話無人接聽，更不用說服務了。」

「The room was clean. Thank you. It did look like a new effort is underway as there was a good window airconditioner and new looking TV and internet hook up. The unit is in bad need of updating. The room smelled of air freshener and the windows don't open. There were no screens. The bed would be fine but seemed to have a plastic mattress cover on it and was uncomfortable that way.
