"Warm and nice staff, good breakfast and well located"

"Two staff members went above and beyond, however all of the others couldn’t hide displeasure with having to wait for us to use Google translate to communicate. We consistently did our best. Building is not modern or updated, but is very very basic. Fun parties on weekends though. "

"Wonderful place to spend a few nights….it is like you are 3 hours away from Rio enjoying nature and the many restaurants serving great food. Staff would extremely accommodating!!!!"

"The proprietors are awesome! The breakfast is simply amazing. We do recommend Pousada do Lago! "

"What a great find. Historic building so has some of the features of being older such as smaller rooms. However, very cool building and aesthetics. Good breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. "

"Local simples mas super limpo, organizado e aconchegante. Fomos muito bem recebidos e bem tratados."

"Loved the stay. It was very relaxing and the environment was awesome. It didn’t feel like a corporate hotel, it felt like a reprieve. We loved it. "
