“This was, by far, the cleanest and best-stocked rental home we’ve encountered! It was also the best decorated! We only spent one night, but were grateful for the grill, fire pit, comfy seating & beds! Owners were responsive & friendly and take great care of this home. We will definitely come back!”

“Host was responsive and the home was charming”

“We ran out of toilet paper, garbage bags, and paper towels. (there were no back-ups) Host apologized jut was out of town, We ended up going to the store to buy more and felt it would have been nice to be reimbursed for those items. House is really 3 bedrooms- 4th bedroom is a pull out couch in the living room.”

“Wonderful home, clean and comfortable. Great location.”

“The house was great and had a variety of activities to keep my teens busy. We did have to rewash the sheets but that was it. The hosts were very responsive to any issue we had. There was a nice bird nest in the backyard we enjoyed watching. The Mother bird was nesting on some eggs.”

“This place is amazing! The host met us at the door and gave us first hand instructions for the property. We got a huge surprise when we got inside and found a fridge full of breakfast items. Amazing. I highly recommend this home for anyone that wants to be close to the Grand Rapids area but still be in a quiet subdivision.”

“overall it's a nice place. Pool was quite cold. I would suggest to the host that he replace the kitchen trash can...it's a bad set up....also one more large green trash can would be good....not enough room in one when you have 9 people in a home. We overflowed it and then had a fly problem...ugh! putting it out to the road for pickup was a mess too. I also would like to suggest to the host maybe considering new mattresses....all in all it was a good place for the money.”

“The house was perfect for except for the following: there were not any dish towels or dish cloths, the silverware was a mix of different patterns and had sharp edges, the plastic style plates and bowls s/b upgraded to non plastic plates bowls & glasses. We went to Meijer and purchased dish towels, dish cloths, as well as plates & bowls. I would also suggest a new set of pots & pans, a set of dish towels & dish cloths and a new set of silverware. The location of this property was perfect for……

“Property was clean, and conveniently located to Grand Rapids without having to stay in the city. Grocery store nearby made it easy to pick up quick breakfast items, and forgotten essentials if needed. All communications with the host were answered promptly. Great stay!”

“Great house! The pool and game room were perfect! The whole house was clean, bedding was clean and the house was cozy. Easy messaging on the app to the host. We definitely will be booking again but we will probably bring the kids the next time we book. Our kids would have loved it here but this was an adult trip for this visit.”

“Great place to stay with easy access to major roadways. The house was very clean and fit our small family gathering well. The arcade was out of order which was disappointing, but there were enough other options to keep the kids happy. Everything else was as advertised. Be aware that there is no dishwasher, so plan to do all the dishes or use as many paper plates as possible. The only real issue we had was that the AC could not keep up with the daily 90 degree heat and afternoon sun shinning on the……

“Very good experience. The community space is excellent (living kitchen w/islands) - easy to gather. Beds very comfortable. Nicely decorated. Plenty of parking. Would recommend.”

“Amazing place!!! Love love love!!! Great bed!!!! Loved everything!!! Great host and communication!!!! Definitely coming back!!!”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Justin's VRBO property. The house was exactly as advertised and so clean with every detailed thought of to enhance our stay. If you're looking for a spot in the Grand Rapids/Holland, MI area, consider renting with Justin. As a host Justin was very responsive.”

“Great host with quick responses. The historic house is so beautiful and quaint. We loved staying here and will be back”
