「Clean room. Friendly staff 」

「Your front desk staff is phenomenal! I was at this hotel both as an overnight guest and as part of a fundraising event in one of the banquet areas. It felt like the staff truly wanted us to to have the best event possible, but also for those of us who were there early to put in the work, the staff was a huge support including their smiles!」

「Very friendly, personable staff. Inviting lobby and public areas. Spotless throughout the facility. Super reasonable price included hot breakfast. 」

「The room was very clean and we liked that we could have service by not putting card on door or remain undisturbed simply by placing the card outside. We were even told if we did not want to be disturbed but needed fresh towels to just place them outside the door. Staff was always pleasant, a young man even helped dig our car out of the snowbank in the parking lot. This is service we grew up expecting but it is very rare to receive it anymore.
