"First of all the staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was great. the hot tub was perfect. We also had a jetted tap in our room. You’re completely happy. We had a desk to do our work. I was just overall grand experience, especially for the price."

"The location is fairly loud and busy. The room walls are paper thin. I heard the full conversation a man had with his mother, and I also heard him pre bard gagging for 5 minutes at 5am. There were hairs still stuck on the wall of the shower. I’d never stay here again. "

"This was a return visit to Golden Haven, and it's a great go-to choice. Rooms are spacious, clean, and the property is in a safe neighborhood within walking distance to town. Nice extras behind the property: ping-pong table, bocce ball, cornhole, and bicycles. The office staff is always friendly. I'd suggest water bottles in the room as Napa water (not just at this facility) is not the best tasting, but there is a water filtration station near the office. Look forward to our next visit. "Room conditions were perfect and the location in Historic Railroad Square is ideal. Walking distance from so many shops, restaurants, entertainment and coffee. The staff are incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. LOVE the room, it's comfort and the old style appointments. Will definitely stay here again!"
