“The staff really were 10/10. The hotel is so lovely and the food is amazing! I was so sad to leave. I would say best treatment from staff I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. ”

“The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfasts are amazing with so much to choose from. Dinner in the restaurant is delicious and plentiful we had some lovely food. We only have one slight negative comment and that is the dim lighting in the bedroom, it might be an age thing of course but it didn’t spoil our few days at this very welcome home from home. ”

“Lovely stay at Zest Boutique Hotel. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The location is quiet with a view of Signal Hill and Table Mountain from the roof. Walking distance to the V&A (felt safe during the day) and a quick and cheap Uber in the evening. ”

“We had a wonderful stay. The service was excellent, always very accommodating to our needs. We needed earlier breakfast and they made it happen. They were courteous and hospitable. They stored our luggage while we went around town after checking out. Breakfast was very good and very prompt. ”

“The Tree House Boutique Hotel is one of the best hotel I have ever stayed. It is located in the end of a alley which makes it a more private and quiet place, as well as a sense of coziness. Furnished in a modern yet earthy style, the hotel offers a vibe of nature with much natural light. There were ceiling-high glass doors leading to the balcony in my room, where you could enjoy some leisure time right next to the tree canopy. The bed was very large in size and comfortable. “This hotel is wonderful - staff are brilliant, so friendly and efficient and really welcome you and look after you throughout. Love the seemless security, based on facial and car registration recognition. Rooms are wonderful - everything and more of what you need - my room had fridge, microwave, plates, cups, glasses, coffee machine (Nespresso and kettle) and everything you need to have a pleasant stay. Room was spotless and so well laid out - balcomy was a lovely bonus to sit. Bathroom well……

“Can’t recommend this hotel enough. We had such a lovely stay. The rooms were huge and the balcony was a huge added plus. Everyone working there was so friendly and went out of their way to help us. The location is beyond perfect- it’s super safe and walkable to the V&A and Oranjezicht market. Some reviewers negatively compared it to the neighboring Queen Victoria hotel, but we actually preferred how close the Dockhouse is to the pool area. We’ll definitely stay again on our next trip to Cape……
