“Amazing experience!! Great for groups and families. The game room was awesome. The jacuzzi and sauna were a nice added touch. I’d definitely revisit in the future.”

“Property was very clean and in a good location. Worked perfectly for our group of 10 and everyone loved the hot tub.”

“nice property. Long road in but worth the slow drive.”

“The property was exactly as described. Nice furnishings, clean, good location, and very well maintained. The host was easy to work with as well. We enjoyed our stay and would book here again.”

“Very clean, spacious and comfortable and convenient.”

“The property was just as described. We loved the screened in porch! It was a great place to end our day. Our kids really enjoyed using the pickleball court. The house had everything that we needed and there's nothing that I would've changed. There was even a cupboard with games and a pair of binoculars, which came in handy to spot wildlife. The lightning bugs were a nice evening bonus! Connie was an amazing host and checked in to make sure that we were enjoying our trip. We would definitely……

“The place was great! So Close to the National Park, approx one mile walk to access the AT. The view is beautiful. Host was very responsive and answered some questions about the area. Driveway is steep, my my mid-size SUV handled it without any trouble. Would stay here again without hesitation.”

“My family enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. There were plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable and extra pillows were available in the closets. Really enjoyed the TVs in each bedroom. Check-in / checkout was easy. Also enjoyed evenings and mornings on the patio. Only downfall was having to take trash to community dump station about 10 minutes away.”

“The property was excellent and had enough room for 13 of us, including 5 kids from age 1 to 11 years. The basement was perfect for the older kids to play and the other rooms had plenty of space for cribs. The kitchen was big enough to cook for the whole family, and between the dining area and deck, there was plenty of seating for all Lee was an excellent host and was able to quickly accommodate us when our other rental was cancelled on us with less than 24 hours notice. The accommodations and……

“The house had everything we needed for JMU family weekend! The owners were very responsive and accommodating 👍”

“We were convinced this beautiful home would be almost perfect. We were wrong. It is COMPLETELY PERFECT in every aspect. We did not find a single thing to neg about. I mean, how many times do we need to say perfect? There were 11 of us and every single person gave effusive praise to this property. Nothing was wrong or lacking anywhere. If you stay here, prepare to be amazed. The home is very comfortable. It is tastefully decorated. Beds, linens, furniture, appliances, fixtures, windows,……

“I have only one strong complaint, this cabin is not for anyone riding a motorcycle, unless you're on an Enduro bike or an adventure bike and want to do a bit of off-road riding. There is a one lane gravel road leading up to the cabin. The gravel road is steep with a substantial curve (not good) and its one lane, so if a car or pick-up are coming head on and don't grant you the right of way you have no alternative but to go into a ditch. The ground is uneven at the cabin parking area, its a big……

“It was a beautiful cabin, exactly what we needed to get away from the city and just disconnect. If you’re not comfortable driving on mountain roads, just something to think about. Overall an amazing little getaway. ”

“The host was very friendly and responded quickly to inquiries.”

“House had plenty of room for our family of 6 and its proximity to the entrance to Shenandoah National Park was fantastic.”

“House was very nice just what we needed!! Hot tub was very nice after a long day hiking. Only thing was there was no sheets for the bedding. It is listed in listing but didn't realize it until we got there. Just want to make sure you are prepared for that.”

“I stayed with all my siblings and spouses and we very much enjoyed this home. We felt that they had a lot of thought out amenities and we were all very pleased with our stay”

“owner let us stay extra day (no charge) during heavy snow storm ”
