「Close and convenient to the motorway, we used it as a stop off on a long journey south. The staff are great and they do a nice little kids packs and free hot chocolate. The hotel is quite dated but clean. Could definitely do with a big refurb. Pool nice and warm, clean but again just dated. The only issue we had was the bed. Never have a stayed on such a noisy, uncomfortable bed. It was like a camp bed. 」

I understand why some people have complained about the lack of choice as it is either 3 courses or testing menu so if you only wanted 2 courses tough. But the 3 courses we ate were delicious. We were late booking a room for a Saturday night and got the last room, No:36, which does not have the amazing views, it is looking at the cliff wall and car park, so it's dark and gloomy, made more so by the very odd and poor...

"I stayed this hotel for one night on 14 Oct, everything was fine at the benning, since it was a bit cold on that day, so I turned on the a/c to 23 degree for heating up the room and it was really good to me and my wife for going to bed, however, when we were in deep sleep condition while we were waked up around 3 AM in the morning by a freezing temperature at 17 degree shown in the a/c controller. we finally could not go back to sleep even though we had adjusted the controller back to 23 degree. Very disappointed !"
