  • In the heart of Chianti, 193 square meters of tradition in a house that does not give up comfort: these were the foundations of the restoration of this large farmhouse, with ancient Florentine terracotta floors, wooden beams and typical stone stairs.

    WELCOMING
    On the ground floor living room and dining room open onto a large garden with barbecue, chairs, table, benches and even pizza oven for outdoor dining.

    COMFORT '
    On the first floor: large kitchen with fireplace and all appliances necessary for a carefree holiday, well two bathrooms with shower + 1 hair dryer, 3 bedrooms (2 double, 1 twin + 1 baby bed), dining room with pellet stove + TV, wardrobe-including iron and ironing board.
    For CyCLISTs enthusiasts a closed room where to leave the bicycles safely!

    ATMOSPHERE
    The classic furniture and their traditional Tuscan create a cozy and intimate, perfect for families and for anyone who wants to enjoy a complete rest surrounded by the green of the olive and cypress trees in Tuscany, but only an hour from Florence.

    EXTRA:
    100 euro deposit against damage (will be returned at the end of your stay) 80 euro final cleaning.
    Wood (optional) 5 € to the container. Pellets 4 EUR / bag. LPG for heating, in the period from October to April (depending on temperature), 10 € / night.

Idéalement située pour visiter le Chianti et la Toscane

Nous étions en vacances dans le Chianti en famille. La maison est tres rustique, avec des chambres spacieuses. Elle est idéalement placée pour visiter la Toscane. Vannozza est trés accueillante, à l'écoute de ses hôtes et trés rapide pour répondre aux questions. La route qui mène au gite est deconseillée aux voitures trop basses. Nous nous sommes approvisionnés en eau moins calcaire à la source du village.

Country Casa

We stayed at Vannozza’s Casa for four weeks, joined by several friends. The house is very authentic Tuscan full of history. Panzano is a lovely town with a great Sunday market and good restaurants and it is a good location as a base for day trips and nice walks in the area. The coop is close by. The road in is a bit rough so it is good to have a SUV type car. Vannozza is an excellent and responsive host and she was amazing in helping us when we had a medical emergency.

séjour agréable dans la maison dans les arbres

La région est merveilleuse, le village de Panzano charmant. De tres nombreux restaurants sont bons. Nous avons bcp aimé la petite ville de Greve in Chianti avec sa tres jolie place. La maison est un jolie ferme ancienne, dans un endroit boisé de la "conca d'oro", construite en beaux matériaux. La propriétaire est ultra réactive en cas de probleme et parle parfaitement français. L'aménagement intérieur est tres simple. Les chambres sont assez grandes. Un regret : pas de piece ou se réunir pour lire ou bavarder, en dehors de la cuisine + certains lits pourraient etre renouvelés. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter du jardin à cause des moustiques. A noter : 5 longues minutes de voie de terre avec nombreux nids de poule pour arriver à la maison. Mais le parking est parfait à l'arrivée : spacieux et ombragé.

Definitely off the beaten path

If looking for somewhere to stay off the beaten path this is the place. You literally have to drive from the main road about 1 1/2 miles over a very dusty, rocky, unpaved road to get to your destination. However, the view on both sides is breathtaking with vineyards on both sides of the road. Once you arrive you should know this is a very, very, old place that is very charming but definitely in need of some repairs. The place is very large with the main living on the second floor which you get to after walking up some higher than usual stairs. Once inside the rooms are very large a s furnished very nicely. We unfortunately arrived on July 21 st and with no air conditioning and just 3 fans it was pretty unbearable for us especially the first week. However, the surrounding area and the town close by of Panzano helped make up for it. To help cope we stayed once a week at nearby towns where there was a pool and air-conditioning for a night, which was really nice since we were there for a month. There is a large backyard where we sat and had dinner several nights. Vanozza the host is probably the nicest host ever always going out of her way to accommodate us when needed. Overall a great place to stay without all the bells and whistles.

De magnifiques vacances

Cette propriété est très typique et c'est ce que l'on cherchait. Repos, calme, découverte et accueil très hospitalier de la famille corsini (mère et fille). Si vous cherchez un point de chute pour visiter la Toscane et en même temps vous reposer et découvrir le chianti, c'est ici qu'il faut louer les yeux fermés. Cécile et sa famille (France)

La Toscane typique

Maison très agréable avec son jardin ombragé conforme à la photo de l'annonce. Son agencement atypique en fait tout son charme. Idéalement située pour la découverte du Chianti. L'accès à la piscine est un plus indéniable.

Een fijn Italiaans huis, even terug in de tijd, tussen de wijngaarden en olijfbomen, echt even tot rust komen.In een gezellig dorp met super restaurantjes. Wel muggenspul meenemen , daar hadden we buiten veel last van.

Heel vriendelijke dames die ons ontvingen en onze vragen vlot beantwoorden! Barbara die heel dichtbij woont kwam af en toe eens horen of alles ok was, zonder zich op te dringen. Ruime, oude villa met alle nodige comfort. Ook de pizza-oven hebben we eens uitgeprobeerd! Echt leuk. Enige kleine nadeel is dat de terugweg naar het zwembad nogal steil is. Maar een dit een goede oefening voor de conditie! We hadden er een heel fijne vakantie!!

Séjour très agréable

Deux semaines de vacances très agréables en plein milieu des vignes et des oliviers. Le gîte est relativement isolé, au calme absolu, et le dépaysement est total. L'intérieur est très rustique (mais c'est aussi ce qui fait son charme) mais la literie est d'excellente qualité. La piscine du B&B, à 300 mètres en contrebas, est très belle et bien entretenue. En revanche la route est très pentue et il vaut mieux être en forme pour la remonter à pied. Pour notre part nous prenions souvent la voiture. L'accueil de Mme Corsini et de sa fille est très attentionné et chaleureux, et elles parlent toutes les deux un français remarquable. Ce fut donc un vrai bonheur de pouvoir converser avec elle, ce que nous n'aurions pas pu faire autrement compte-tenu de notre faible niveau en italien. Les grandes villes à visiter (Florence, Sienne, San Gimignano, ...) sont à quelques dizaines de kilomètres, ce qui fait de Panzano-in-Chianti un point de chute idéal pour rayonner dans le Chianti Classico. Le village de Panzano est à 2 minutes en voiture, et vous y trouverez toutes les commodités nécessaires. Bref, une location à conseiller sans hésitation si vous cherchez l'authenticité et le sens de l'accueil de nos amis italiens. Famille Forcinal, Sarthe (France)

Una casa da favola!

Io e il mio Amore, abbiamo trascorso dieci giorni fantastici in questa deliziosa casa. Siamo stati accolti dalla proprietaria, una persona gentilissima e dolcissima, quando ci ha mostrato la casa siamo rimasti stupiti; in genere le case sono molto più piccole e meno belle di quello che si vede nelle foto pubblicate sui siti, invece, con nostra immensa sorpresa, la casa era ancora più bella e grande di quello che ci immaginavamo. All'interno abbiamo trovato un'estrema pulizia, tutti i confort e le agevolazioni per passare dei giorni sereni, rilassati ed estremamente piacevoli. Siamo rimasti incantati dal silenzio che regnava, dallo svegliarci al canto degli uccellini, dal fascino di questa antica casa di pietra. Abbiamo adorato il camino in cucina, il giardino privato a disposizione, il vedere animali inusuali come i picchi e le lepri. Vivendo in grandi città, trascorrere quei giorni in quella casa immersa in quell'ambiente incontaminato, ci è parso come vivere in un altro pianeta, un'altra epoca. Non finiremo mai di ringraziare la proprietaria per come ci ha accolti, e per come si sia messa sempre a completa disposizione per ogni nostra esigenza. Speriamo di ritornarci al più presto, e con frequenza, perchè per noi è diventato come il nostro angolo romantico, da fiaba, "fuori dal mondo". La consiglierei a tutti.

LOCATION MAISON IDEALEMENT SITUEE EN TOSCANE

Location de maison individuelle idéalement située, entre Florence et Sienne au milieu des vignes : très calme idéal pour se ressourcer. La maison, ancienne, a de nombreuses et grandes pièces qui permettent de ne pas se sentir à l'étroit. L'accueil est très chaleureux et la propriétaire des lieux, est toujours prête à aider. En famille à 4, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et nous recommandons donc vivement cette location: très bon rapport qualité-prix selon nous.

la vera casa colonica toscana!

Io e mio marito abbiamo deciso di passare qualche giorno nel cuore del Chianti e siamo stati felicissimi di aver trovato questa splendida casa: la vera colonica Toscana! La casa è spaziosa ed ha proprio un sapore genuino. Da tutte le finestre si gode una vista magnifica sulle colline con boschetti di querce, vigneti, cipressi e olivi. Abbiamo dormito molto bene e gli uccellini sono l'unico suono che interrompe il silenzio. La pace e la tranquillità regnano sovrane! Nel tempo libero si possono fare belle passeggiate lungo le stradine di campagna, arrivando al paese (Panzano) oppure dirigendosi verso una delle belle e antiche chiesette. I colori ed i profumi sono inconfondibili. Con la macchina abbiamo raggiunto in pochi minuti Firenze per fare un po' di shopping e vedere gli Uffizi; siamo andati anche Siena che è bellissima! La sera abbiamo mangiato a casa, ed è stato molto romantico, ma un paio di sere siamo anche andati a Greve in Chianti (5 min. di macchina). Per le merende invece è ottima la gastronomia di Panzano che si può raggiungere sia in macchina che a piedi. Purtroppo non eravamo preparati ma volendo si possono fare anche dei bellissimi bagni nella piscina che è in condivisione con un vicino B&B. La proprietaria, Vannozza, è molto premurosa e gentile e, tra le altre cose, ci ha fatto assaggiare un vino ed un olio prodotti da lei che credo non dimenticheremo facilmente da quanto erano buoni! Mi piacerebbe tornarci anche con gli amici, magari per fare dei giri in bicicletta...chissà forse in primavera/estate. Lo consiglio!

Autunno nel cuore del Chianti

Ho soggiornato presso la struttura nel mese di ottobre con alcuni amici. Il casale è immerso nella campagna del Chianti e, seppur silenzioso e quieto, si trova proprio nel cuore più prestigioso della zona, a pochi minuti da Panzano in Chianti. Le camere sono arredate con un sobrio gusto rustico e i muri sono circondati di vite rossa e da piante. Perfetto per chi, come noi, cerca un piacevole soggiorno nel verde con tantissime possibilità di degustare le specialità eno-gastronomiche della zona. Firenze e Siena si raggiungono facilmente in macchina o con il bus.

Traumplatz

Wir waren 6 Personen, (3 Paare) in diesem Haus und es war perfekt. Man kann gut zusammen sein und sich aber aus dem Weg gehen, wenn man mal seine Ruhe mag. Das Haus ist wie auf den Fotos, alles ist da, großzügige Ausstattung in der Küche, Pizzaofen im Garten, großer Kamin in der Küche. Wir kommen wieder aber dann mindestens 2 Wochen. Es gibt viel zu unternehmen und die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und kümmern sich rührend. Vielen Dank
