Frequent visitor

This our fifth visit to the apartments and again had a very enjoyable time. Set in a very peaceful location and only a short walk through Pine groves to one of the most beautiful sandy beaches I have seen. Some absolutely fabulous restaurants in the vicinity; our favourite being Stan and Olly's. Its about 5 mins drive and you can get a 3 course meal for 15 euros and a quality bottle of wine for 9 euros.We love to watch the sunsetting from the roof top terrace. The apartments have quality airconditioning in both bedrooms, which is a must in high summer.If you want to go to Spain and want something a 'lot' different from Benidorm this is the place for you!!!

Bonjour Ce logement manque d’un grand coup de ménage, lieu douteux concernant l’hygiène j’ai du laver beaucoup de choses pour y vivre presque normalement. Manque de vaisselle, saladier, faitout heureusement que nous étions deux je me suis débrouillée avec ce qu’il y avait. Chaise de jardin à jeter mon compagnon a failli se casser le dos, cafetière italienne existante poignée cassée obligé d’en acheter une. Appartement trop proche de la route très passagère nuit et jour. Est-ce qu’un jour Abritel a visité ce lieu ? Si oui je garantis que je ne louerais plus jamais chez Abritel. Super séjour

Séjour très agréable, propriétaire très réactif suite à un problème de chauffe eau, seul bémol je n'ai pas pu me servir de la machine à laver (je n'ai sûrement pas su) et le store de l'étage était bloqué. Mais rien de grave la résidence est top, l'emplacement également. A refaire sans hésitation.

Perfect location!

This property is literally 5 minutes from a beautiful beach, 2 mins from a bar/ cafe and 50 metres from the communal pool! Absolutely perfect!

La única queja que tenemos, que tuvimos que hacer la limpieza a la hora de llegar, había cucarachas muertas a bajo del sofá cama y por la nos nos picaba todos algo que no lo sabemos cual es, nos provocó mucho picor y manchas rojas en todo el cuerpo. Lo demás todo my recomendable a familias con niños y quieren disfrutar de la piscina y la playa.

Buena experiencia

Lugar muy tranquilo, la urbanizacion y el alojamiento bien quizas con un poco de mantenimiento mejoraria, piscina comunitaria con muy poca gente y la playa muy tranquila especial para niños y personas mayores porque no cubre y la entrada al agua es plana. La zona para pasear o comer esta muy cerca 3 o 4 km. (Guardamar o Torrevieja) Sitio para volver sin dudarlo.

Quiet week

Had a lovely time here. We were just looking quiet week and this fitted bill. If looking more life car definitely recommend ed. Apartment ok -basic but had all you needed. Beach approx10 min walk away. Pool literally in front of apartment. Beware of proximity of open spaces got lots of mosquito bites!!! Nice cafe/bar at end of street. Pool empty most days. Overall good experience and if quiet is what you are looking for then this is it. Would go back here again(apart from mossies. Lol)

La casa está en una zona muy tranquila a 10 minutos en coche del centro de Guardamar. A 10 minutos andando está la playa de las dunas, muy bonita y ecológica.

Bon séjour dans l ensemble

L appartement est identique à la description donnée et correspond aux photos. Bien situé pour la plage 10 min à pied, piscine agréable et accessible pour les enfants. En revanche la litterie pas très confortable et pour les accrocs de la télé chaîne anglaise et espagnol uniquement

DECOMPRESSION TOTAL AUX SOLEIL

Arriver dans un cadre très sympathique à deux pas de la mer avec la piscine à nos pied ,très apprécier de nos enfants de retour de la plage qui ce trouve à environ 10 minutes a pied. La résidence est superbe bien situe et en superbe état rien ne manque dans le logement ,les descriptifs sont bien réel sauf je dirais les 32 chaines par satellite ,il n'y en à que 3 :Deux Anglaise ,Une Espagnol. Même ci on était pas venu pour regarder la télé, ca fait du bien de temps en temps de ce tenir aux courant, donc vraiment rien de bien méchant ,du coup nous avons vraiment vécu deux semaine à la mode Espagnol, et nous avons bien apprécier. De plus les gens sur le site : Espagnol et Anglais était super cool nous avons pus échanger quelque conversation en sachant que nous ne parlons que Français ,mais on a bien rigoler ,donc pour les gens comme nous qui ne parlons que notre langue ,vous pouvez vous lancez le barrage de la langue n'est surtout pas un problème. Je vous recommande cette location,(Rapport qualité prix) pour notre part nous gardons cette adresse très précieusement de coté pour les prochaines vacances à venir. Coté plage l'eau était a 30/32 degrés ,La piscine a 33 degrés, la température extérieur en moyenne 35 degré un peu chaud les premiers jour, mais vite acclimaté, nous qui venions de notre chère Bretagne (19/22 degrés). Coté alentour nous avons pu profité le soir arriver d'aller manger de très bonne paella à la Mata ,petite ville à 10 minutes en voiture très sympa. Cartagena sympa aussi . Petite chose à savoir : Pour les places de parking, les trais vert au sol sont réservé aux militaires ,les bleus aux les résidants, les blancs pour les autres donc nous, un espagnol nous la expliquer car bien sur en bon français :)direct sur la premier place de disponible et bien sur en bleu du coup = Amende ,heureusement que ce monsieur nous à expliquer .Je pourrais en mettre des lignes mais bon, Nous avons vraiment apprécier cette région d'Espagne.

Logement confortable, bonne situation

Un logement dans un petit complexe résidentiel calme. La plage est accessible à pied en cinq minutes à travers les dunes. Sur une côte encore préservée des promoteurs immobiliers, ce logement est idéalement situé pour découvrir la région de Valence jusqu'à Carthagène. Nous l'avons occupé 14 jours avec nos deux enfants de 6 et 9 ans et nous sommes ravis.

tres bonne location

maison super sympa avec toutes les commodités piscine agréable et la mer à 500 metres à pied plage de sable fin et mer chaude quelques bémol : proximité de la nationale donc du bruit incessant de voitures pour ceux qui ne sont pas habitués la plage pas toujours propre mais c'est dû aux espagnols qui ne sont pas très respectueux de leur environnement dans l'ensemble je donnerais une note de 16/20 à cette location

Loved it !

We went with the family 28th August 2010 found the place to be great spotless and very well set out, spent most of the time at the pool which is fab if you have kids as the small pool is ideal for younger ones,A day trip to la mata is a must and market on a Wednesday morrning is just great. The beach is only 5 to 10 mins down the road and even though the sea was a bit chopy it was a hit with us. With the gates at the bottom of the street this gives you pease of mind on security and we met a lot of the locals who went out of there way to make you feel welcome, This is deffo a place to go if you are fed up with the ussual cattle market holiday as you go at your own pace and do your own thing nothing pre set out for you on a scale of one to ten we gave it eleven and will be going back

Relaxing Holiday

I went to the villa with my boyfreind fro a relaxing beach holiday at the beginning of June. The villa is perfect for this type of holiday and had everything we needed and more. The beach is great and with it been only a few minutes walk away we spent most of our time here. The Vila had a bbq in the back which was lovely to have on hot nights when we didnt want to go far. We hired a car and drove to nearby towns and shopping centres (Which have all the good shops like Zara and Mnago an have great Bars + Resturants). All in all it was a great week and we are looking to go back again in September.

Return to Pinomar

This is the second time I have visited this villa and it didn't let me down. Having taken my mother I thought I would have a break with the hubbie and two teenage daughters. The villa is spotlessly clean, with excellent facilities. Having paid far more than this for apartments in the Costa Brava you get a lot for your money. We hired a car and visited many seaside resorts, which was great. Barry recommended Guardalest which was a wonderful day. A beautiful mountain village with great facilities and lots to see. The neighbouring village of La Mata is just a short walk if you don't have a car - there is also a pub/restaurant directly across the main road from the complex. They offer a fab barbeque with all the trimmings. The barman Cornell will make you very welcome(a few free shots were given everytime we visited). Children are very welcome and there's plenty of space for them to play. The pool at the villa is ideal, particularly if you have young children and the beach is just a 5 minute walk and stretches for miles - golden sand as far as the eye can see. We took a picnic and our books and just chilled (heaven). We also visited Guardamar for the day, which offers all of the facilities of a resort. Beachfront, bars and restaurants. The weather was wonderful, a full week of sunshine in March. The Montesinus market on a Sunday is a must - nothing like a UK market. There are local stalls and cafes serving tapas/paella/wine etc.. You can sit and chill while taking in the atmosphere. The villa also has a barbeque which is ideal when you just want a lazy night taking in the last of the sunshine. Both bedrooms also have air conditioning and there is a iron and board. Ryanair and Easyjet offer very cheap flights if you book early, which we did. The owners will also arrange pick up/drop off at the airport if needed. Things to do: Market as mentioned/Torreveija and Torre Malata only 10 minutes drive or an hours stroll. Alicante - a good day out and only 30 minutes away. Sample Benidorm - we did and got a fab 4 star hotel for £40 b&b(Hotel Deloix). You can incorporate Guardalest while visiting Benidorm/ pub.restaurant opposite/the fabulous beach. You can either chill or explore; whatever you decide to do you will have a great time. Finally, there are a few large supermarkets a 10 minute drive away - the Carrefour supermarket is ideal for everything you could possibly need for self catering.

Great apartment near to fabulous beach

We stayed at this property in September and really enjoyed it. If you are looking somewhere quiet with easy access to a fantastic beach then this is a good choice. The apartment is clean and modern and well equipped and situated on a small but quiet development. You can sunbathe on the roof solarium of in the nearby shared pool; although we preferred the fantastic beach only 5 minutes walk away. It stretches mils in either direction, backed by sand dunes and the sea is clean and great for swimming or paddling. The beach is great because you can easily find your own quiet spot but there is also it is very popular for walks and obviously lots of local people love it and use it. We walked down the coast to Mata and enjoyed some lovely meals there. I would advise that unless you are happy to just be at the apartment/flat for the whole of your visit then you do need access to a car as there are not many places/facilities in walking distance - there are a couple of good restaurants nearby. Overall a very nice apartment in an area ideal for a 'get away from it all' break.
