"I can’t say enough positive things about the Drury Plaza! Amazing "

"When I booked this hotel on the website it game me a total with taxes of what i was going to pay. Never mentioned anything about parking or having to pay for the parking. Never even mentioned that parking was not guaranteed for hotel guest. Which i taught was very unconvinced. When i arrived i was told i had to pay for the parking and added it to the room( more money). When go to the room the bathroom tub looked like it was not cleaned at all. When i reserved room i put i needed queen beds and handicap room for my husband that is an amputate. One in room it was too small bed where full size and the restroom well he couldn't even use. My husband had to go downstairs to lobby rr due to his handicap and chair. Very inconvenience! Tv in room didn't work at all. One night came back to hotel and there was no parking i had to go park at another hotel across and pay there and walk back to my hotel at 3am alone. This was very bad that i had to pay else where when i paid already for parking. Night shift employees very rude. So many things wrong in this hotel. And all they can do is tell me to write a review to improve stay. Never book with this hotel. "

"The room for which I was given a room key was already occupied! I reserved and paid for an executive suite and when I arrived, no such room was available for me. I was instead given a lower value room with no more compensation offered other than breakfast and drinks."

"Staff was very polite, but the cleaning staff may be a bit understaffed. We had 2 rooms for 3 nights and never really had proper housekeeping. I had to ask for towels and toilet paper several times because we were never left any. Our trash was picked up once during our 3 night stay. The beds were not neatly made, and the sheets were never changed. The elevators were very slow, and we did actually get stuck in one of them. They had to reset it to make the doors open. It was not a terrible stay, but I might try another venue next time."
