"The room we we in needed a little updating. The stove was very old and the shower head needed replacing. The property was a little confusing to navigate and we had to walk a lot to get to the pools. We were on the 6th floor and the indoor pool was very far away from us. (I'm 71) Otherwise, it was a very nice stay and I would stay again."

"Everything was fantastic with the rental. I loved how convenient it is to the beach and the ability to use the beach chairs was so helpful! The ONLY problem we had was the wifi wouldn't work for some reason. We did notify the host and unfortunately we couldnt resolve the issue. So we couldn't put many things on for our kids to watch when we were in the room. Other than that, this place was amazing and the host was phenomenal!!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. It was approximately a 2 minute walk to the beach. Pier Park was a short 10 minute walk for dining, treats, etc. The house was beautiful, clean, and exactly as it was described in the listing. Included were thoughtful extras, such as a kitchen stocked with all necessities, beach chairs, and a cooler on wheels. We highly recommend this property."

" 5-Star Stay — Excellent Host, Great Views, Very CleanWe recently stayed at David’s place and had a fantastic experience. His communication was excellent from start to finish, and you can tell customer service is a top priority for him. Every interaction felt thoughtful and geared toward making sure we had a great stay.The property itself was in great shape and very clean. The view from the huge balcony was absolutely spectacular — tons of beautiful sights and a perfect place to relax (when the air was clear). Inside, the kitchen was well stocked, and both the fridge and dishwasher were clean and updated. Water pressure in the showers was excellent with plenty of hot water. The washer and dryer were clean with no odd smells, which we appreciated. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets.The two pools are on the smaller side, but perfect for cooling off. Beach access is super convenient, and the showers right at the entrance make cleanup easy.A couple of things to note: - The building is smoke-free, but unfortunately some guests smoked on their balconies, and the smell drifted over to ours at times, which made sitting outside unpleasant. Elevator wait times during peak hours can be challenging. We took the stairs more than once. The exterior of the building gives off a motel vibe, but once you step inside and see the beach and water views, you forget all about that.Overall, David’s place gets a full 5 stars from us."
