「We had a wonderful stay at Drury Inn & Suites. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming. The front desk staff took the time to have a genuine conversation with us, and when they learned we were in Huntsville to take my son to the Space & Rocket Center, they thoughtfully gave us a room facing the giant rocket. Being able to see it from our room meant so much because my son was beyond excited. The hotel is conveniently located just a short drive from the Space & Rocket Center....

「New and model hotel. Love the shower with glass door and that the desk has wheels that can be moved to other parts of the room. Breakfast was a little underwhelming though. The quality of the hot food (sausages/bacon and egg) was average at best.」

They didn't have my reservation. Property internet was down so there was a delay in checking in but clerk went above and beyond to accommodate us. Double booked our room with another guest and they tried to enter our room. Front desk clerk apologize for her error which was due to the system being down.」

「No room service for most of my stay, dirty towels removed and not replaced with fresh ones. I checked in for a 6-night stay. The next morning, my used towels were replaced and trash removed. The second morning, same service; so far, so good. The third morning, no room service/cleaning. When I returned in the evening, trash and used towels were still there, bed was not made. 「Room was clean and roomy. You could hear noises from Outside very easily. Plenty of towels. Conditioner bottle was empty. One thing that was an irk but not the facilities fault is the smoke detector started chirping about 130 in the morning. I’m sure we could have called the front desk and had it addressed but we didn’t.」
