"这应该是白马地区最高的一个滑雪渡假村了，酒店较老旧，但是旧的酒店房间都大，大浴场也大，有认真在维护，所以还是可以的。雪场较小，只有吊缆，慢，绿道有些部分还是挺斜的，还好雪票与乘鞍是共用的，整体来说还是可以吧，员工是很友善的，在走廊遇到都会打招呼，早餐品类齐全美味，大概是位置太偏远了，全房型供早餐，喜欢滑雪后泡个澡安静睡觉的人群可以考虑。"

"距離白馬八方纜車站很近，可以步行到達，回程坡度很陡，飯店寄放行李區沒有管理，任何人都可以隨便取走，有點不安全，房間隔音不好，餐廳菜色普通，沒什麼特色，服務員態度很客氣，英文很多，代訂Taxi很快。"

"Very disappointing stay. the website says they offer dinner so we booked dinner for every night, which was confirmed by the hotel. When we got there, the front desk told us that the chef wasn't free the first two nights so we don't have dinner for the those nights. They were not apologetic and just told us to go somewhere else.. bathrooms were also tiny. Almost impossible to help my toddler bathe. Room service was also non existent. We had to take out our own trash, which I've never had to do at a hotel. "

"酒店位置不算方便, 距離白馬駅步行20分鐘, 但下午5點前可聯絡酒店提供白馬駅接送服務。 酒店員工有禮，而且房間整潔、空間充足, 但酒店有點歷史所有裝修較古舊。 酒店設有有名的溫泉, 可以望著雪山浸溫泉, 非常舒適。 另外值得一讚的是春季有提供穿梭巴士到白馬岩岳, 它是非常值得前往的美麗景點。冬季時也有提供滑雪場的穿梭巴士。很推薦來白馬旅遊的旅客來入住。"
