「Excellent service. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms could use some renovations, but the service and price made it a great stay. The location was convenient to access the ski resorts through shuttle services.」

「We stayed for 5 nights and we ski out using the sun valley chairlift just outside the hotel. Captain, Ken and the staff are very friendly and willing to help. The food is great and there is a very relaxing bar area as well. 」

「This was the highlight of our trip to Japan! Such a cool, eclectic hotel, right off of the slopes. Coolest staff, and absolutely loved the silk screening session with our newfound friends.」

「My partner and I had the most amazing time at Ember Lodge in Hakuba! The staff were so welcoming and the service was incredible. Mike and Leo organised a pick-up and drop off service for us. Breakfast cooked and served to us each morning with an option for a cooked dinner as well which was delicious. The location was perfect too, only an 5-10min walk to the ski lifts. Already looking to book another trip here!」
