“We had a great stay. Everyone was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The entire property was very clean. Our only complaint was -we did not feel the breakfast was anywhere near worth the $81 for 3 adults both in quality and portions.”

“We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In……

“The receptionist with long hair doesn't smile,when the door opens. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience”

“Great room even with a view of the alley! only wish there was a bathtub! Bed was comfortable and spacious room with chair and ottoman. Really a pretty special hotel in Cincinnati! I had dinner at the restaurant and had a great server / experience. Highly recommend.”

“The room was showing its age. Some staining on chair & there was a stale funny smell on our entire floor & room. The drain in sink was full of hair so not well cleaned & draining was slow. A/C took a long time to cool room. For the price I would’ve gone to a different hotel. Would be nice to have some complimentary coffee in lobby as w E didn’t have much time to go in restaurant for a single cup. Parking for valet was a Bit tight with traffic zooming by.”
