"Nice room, cutrains were a bit off their rod. Adjusting the temp of the room was difficult. It was very warm when i got in, too warm for sleeping. The thermostat was confusing/difficult to adjust. We got in very late feom a flight and I didnt have the patience to fight with it. Other than that, the bed was amazing."

I was given an option on the Expedia site to have breakfast included so I paid for this option online, but the hotel didn't know what I was talking about and neither did the restaurant. The restaurant server was the worst service I have ever had in any restaurant in my life. We were there 4 nights and our card key for the room had to be reset every day we returned from our daily outing. Two out of about ten of the staff I spoke with were friendly - the rest I felt like I was bothering them with pretty basic requests. "
