「Room itself was clean and tidy, but AC was extremely loud when kicking in and off. During the night power was lost for a few hours and attempt to communicate with staff in the morning ended up with us being told "all that's required are the emergency lights in the hallway" and "half our guests here relied on CPAP, not just you". Unbelievable rude considering I was very polite during the exchange. Email to the manager also ended with zero response. Very disappointing.」

「Beautiful location and steps away from the ocean. Property is situated on very low tide beach, that is very messy. There are supposed to be two outdoor faucets for you to wash your feet before going into room. Both were not on/working, which made it very hard to keep sand out of room. Scheduled power outage both nights we were there, which made it especially uncomfortably hot with summer heat (not the motel's fault, but nothing done to try to make in least bit better). Would possibly stay there...
