「It was awful. The toilet seat was broken and the bed was definitely not cleaned. I don't recommend staying here.」

「Not bad. Nice lobby but room and bathroom much smaller than expected. Only one chair/ space to sit part from the bed.」

「Convenient location, nicely appointed room.」

「convenient location; room a bit small」

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the train station and extremely convenient. However, the room condition and housekeeping fell short of expectations: The curtains could not be closed properly, affecting both privacy and light blockage. The floor mat near the entrance and bathroom was torn/damaged. The bathrobes in the wardrobe...

「.」

「Arrived London early at 8 am am via international flight ….Waited for a few hours before getting the rooms we booked, despite seeing many people checking out early in the morning. Well, the rigidity of the staff clouded the judgement that we have not got the room to ask for an advance booking for the breakfast buffet. Wish...

「Big room and good mattress only」

「Nice staff, with one wonderful birthday trip.」

「All staff was excellent, helpful friendly and went above and beyond including the manager Dan who accommodated a special request. Excellent food, drink, entertainment, and conversation. The room was comfortable but a bit smaller than expected. We will return!」
