「Best hospitality I've ever experienced.」

「I paid Chf112.- they told me I will get a bunk bed room with sharing bathroom and toilet. I booked a double room with private bathroom. Finally I need to pay CHF210.- to change to a very small room with private bathroom but without any facilities!!!!!!! No air conditioning, no kitchen, no fridge.......」

「Nytt och fräscht hotell. Stökigt med parkering och endast en plats för Elbilsladdning. Bra frukost. Avsaknaden av AC berörde oss inte men om det hade varit varmare hade det varit en stor nackdel.」

「非常值得推荐，位于卢塞恩湖边，老板夫妻二人都很热情，员工服务态度好，我们要去哪里，非常有耐心的讲解，并且把来去的车次都打印出来，早餐也很好吃。非要说缺点就是离卢塞恩有20公里左右。重点推荐。」

「Boutique Hotel Schluessel was perfect for a remote getaway. The staff are incredibly friendly and cannot do enough for you. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean and there are lots of amenities including a self service mini bar, hairdryers and drinking water faucets in the rooms. Our room was warm in the heat of the summer but we were provided with fans which kept the room cool. Would recommend eating at the hotel restaurant - a beautiful setting for dinner and fresh ingredients used. The...
