“Upon arrival, there was no one at the front desk. When we called the number for assistance as instructed by the sign, the manager who answered the phone was rude and unhelpful, but said he would "be right there". We waited at least 15 minutes for him to come to the desk to help us, and the 3 other groups that had arrived to check in. The hotel was dirty and unwelcoming. When we got to our room, the door to the room did not lock. When opening the door to leave, the frame fell off of the wall,……

“Look out of the swimming pool sized pot holes. You will wreck your car in that parking lot. Breakfast was similar to public school food. Bread was moist, coffee tasted musty (dirty coffee maker?), "omelette" was just gross, sausage was dry and overcooked. Room was clean (except for the dead bug on the side table) but outdated. Our "suite" was just a room with a couch. Walls so thin I could hear our neighbor vomitting all night. Probably drank too much at the "lounge" (a collection of slot……

“The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful. We discovered shortly after arriving in our room that the bathroom door would not stay closed. On request, the staff quickly assigned us to another room, brought up our new keys and had maintenance investigating the bathroom door in our first room. Great service! We will stay again.”
