「Nice staff」

「Our overnight stay at this hotel was nice except the A/C is a bit outdated and the room was not as cool as we would have liked. Breakfast was delivered to the room in a brown paper bag which was okay except the coffee and OJ and other items were in the same bag. Hot coffee should not be placed next to cold items such as yogurt and OJ. The staff should as exceptionally nice. Room was clean. Very nice landscaping around the building and pool deck.」

「Staffs are all very friendly & helpful. Room is very clean and comfortable. Very quiet place. Complementary breakfast is good enough to me - I stayed two days and they did offer some different choices, not many though. No refrigerator in room which is not convenient, but with ice machine at each floor so I'm okay with that eventually. Restaurant, convenient stores are nearby. Overall this is a nice place to stay. I stayed for just one night and checked out the next morning. However, right after returning my room key and getting into my car to leave, a male staff member suddenly knocked on my window and arrogantly asked if I still had a room. 「Staff very nice」

「Staff is outstanding and very helpful. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, but are dated and in need of remodeling. This location is easily accessible from the lake and was a great stay from our trek around the lake. 」
