“Leaving five stars, because I really liked this hotel, and would like to see it succeed. My wife and I stayed here for one week from Apr. 28 to May. 5. The hotel itself is a historic stone building. Purportedly the building has been around since the 1600s, when it was used as a company office and sleeping quarters by the Danish West India Company. The building was recently given a 17 million dollar renovation with repairs, replacements, and additions to turn it into a functional hotel. Many……

“The air-conditioning situation is a major situation. It's already hot out and to come back to your room and it's stuffy and warm just doesn't cut it. There is no type of maintenance person to fix these things. Although the staff is excellent I want to be comfortable and accommodated for what I paid for. ”

“Beautiful property, gated and private property. Lots of walking, breath taking views from the balconies. Not enough restaurants on property. Pool rather small, beach was nice.”

“Full of bugs Beds were not usable. Had metal poking up on both beds, screaming kids until 1 o’clock in the morning, banging on the walls and screaming rundown building when we asked for another unit, the other unit was exactly the same had bugs in it run down worthless bed the owner that told us that if we wanted a refund we had to turn over the keys and leave right now that was at 1:30 in the morning we had to sleep with our car on the streets of St. Croix. This owner never responded to Orbitz……

Views are wonderful, beach is very nice and not crowded, bartender Connor was excellent and food truck was delicious!! We fell in love with the cats around our cabin. All in all, this place will always be our place to stay!! ”
