“The entire experience of our short stay was great . The welcome was great, we were received with warmth, the staff- front desk, maintenance, laundry cafeteria- were flexible in accommodating our specific preferences and needs. The coffee was one of the best comforts we had!!! Being new to the place, the front desk staff were very willing to help us with information, directions. Questions were quickly answered or clarified! The ambiance was open, great lighting, airy, very clean, hygienic, ……

“Amazing stay, we booked the sand castle room & the room was perfect, quiet, full streaming services provided, a fire place, the bed was very comfortable. The jacuzzi was perfect, far from an overcrowded hotel , we practically felt like we had the place to ourselves… not a far drive from the beach town & the beach … the host were friendly and extremely accommodating.. just an overall 10/10 no notes ! perfect and will definitely be returning!”

“This hotel is located in a great location for shopping near the outlets and getting to Rehoboth Beach. The staff was very friendly during our visit, parking was plentiful, the breakfast was good and the rooms were very clean. Plus, the hotel looks like it has been renovated in recent years. However, we visited in early June, so the hotel wasn't fully occupied and traffic on the roads to the outlets and to and around the beach was manageable.”

“Definitely was not what I expected the room look like it’s only been vacuumed. The bedsheets were stained. The walls had stains the coffee maker the refrigerator look like it hasn’t been used in years. The dust on it was crazy. It was surprising for where this lodge was for it to be in poor shape. they offer breakfast but not really basically it’s toast and coffee The only good thing is there is a Cracker Barrel, literally in the same parking lot.”

“The property was dirty to look at. The rooms had roach traps there was a dead mouse in the corner. The bathroom was filthy even though the cleaning lady was trying to clean. We could not stay there at all.”

“Overall, the location was very convenient, especially being close to the outlet. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, I was woken up around midnight by someone banging a door very loudly. The TV noise and other sounds from outside continued after midnight, which made me feel uncomfortable. I had difficulty falling back asleep because I was worried someone might come to my room.”

“Our room was clean, bed was very comfortable, parking was right in front of room. We felt safe, walking distance to restaurants and stores, 2 minutes from beach with driving, u could walk or ride a bike, the property and room was up to date and good and calm vibe. I didn’t see staff. I choose self check in. Received texts messages and code to room, the way point left robes , beach towels, and umbrella for convenience with ur stay. I choose not use them. Maybe for a longer stay. Air conditioning……
