"Facility is older than I am used to at Holiday Inn Express. Lack of coffee maker in the room was disappointing. The coffee at the breakfast area was too weak. I had to then go looking for a coffee shop before driving out of town. Overall disappointing stay."

"Very old and rundown hotel. Lots of stains on the floor and furniture. Beds were very old and worn out. Sheets and bedding seemed clean and bathrooms have been updated. Breakfast was okay with eggs sausage and waffles. Pool was cold and small. Not your typical Country Inn. They are updating the property but we would not recommend staying here until it is all updated."

"40 mins to check in and then pool closed in evening! Sucked"

"Very tidy 2 bedroom. Would have liked check-in information prior to arrival; however, the host did answer his phone and provide the code to get in. Eventually received the Wifi info. Only issue during the stay was ants on the kitchen counter. Overall a positive experience. "

"This is one of our favorite places to stay in Lansing. The staff is always very kind and approachable and you can tell they work really hard to make it a great experience for their customers. Only downside is the charge for parking, since there is certainly no shortage in the area, because it isn't in a densely populated area and you can only get there by car. Just another way for the property owners to nickel and dime customers."
