「Room condition pretty worn out everywhere, smelly toilet, not even spare toilet rolls were in place, bottles of water were ordered from front desk but never shown up, noisy A/C fan, etc. 😔😔」

「非常不理想的一次住宿，第一次分配房間時天花的燈已經有壞了的情況廁所清潔的非常之不理想有很長的頭髮很容易見到都沒有清潔好 這時候有工作人員上來說幫我清潔和維修燈 我叫他幫我玩換房 這時他才玩了一間下一層的同樣位置的房間給我 但係去到新的房間一看同樣天花啲燈已經壞了幾支而且沖廁水亦都非常之緩慢 再打給服務台他叫了工人上來同樣是要維修 我叫他不用維修了就這樣住下去了 這是一次非常之不理想的住宿」

For the room, i think im a bit unlucky coz when the 1st room i live, i find there are some ants on the blanket, so i get down & call the staff to help me to change another room. So far, for the next 4 days, everything seems good, BUT..till the last 2 days, i again suddenly find 4-5ants on my bed blanket again.. To be honest, as a customer, "Tidness" should put the...

「The bedroom TV wasn’t working throughout our stay there. Plus the in-house safe wasn’t working as well so we had to carry our valuables around while outside. Other than these minor inconveniences, the staff offered very personable and prompt service, impeccable and fast. Good location to a lot of good food places. 」
