「Very close to beach, shopping and restaurants 」

「Nice location nice amenities」

「Double edged sword with this property. Great location-our unit could easily see the Beach but it was above Shelby’s bar and grill and on the corner of a very busy intersection. So convenient to beach, restaurants and shopping but loud. The air conditioner really needs upgrading. There was a portable unit in the bedroom that was very loud. Ok for white noise and drowning out traffic but it wouldn’t stay on!」

「Great condo. It needs a new couch. It has no pillow and you are sitting on metal. In addition, the bed mattress needs an upgrade.」

「We had a fantastic stay at Gulf Place! The condo was the perfect size for our family of 3. The beds were comfy, the balcony view was beautiful, and I was pleasantly surprised at how well-stocked the kitchen was. Perfect location for exploring 30A, and we can't wait to come stay again. Highly recommend!」

「We recently stayed for 7 nights. While the location is convenient, we noticed several cleanliness issues. First, the air vents in the bathroom and living room appear to have significant mold growth - it was very disturbing and had we discovered the issue sooner into our stay, we likely would have left for a different rental. Additionally, there seemed to be an infestation of small flying bugs all over the apartment. A collection of these bugs were stuck in a web in the lower right-hand corner of...

「The condo is clean and comfortable in a very convenient location. The beach access is directly across the street with many places to eat very close by. It's was perfect for just me and my husband.」

「We loved enjoying our coffee with a view of the ocean from the balcony each morning!! Wonderful, comfortable king bed. Great communication with host! Beach access was an easy walk just across the street. Condo was in perfect location to lots of bars and great restaurants. Looking to return ASAP!」

「Overall the unit was great. Adequate space for 5 adults. The kitchen did not have hot pads, a pizza cutter or scissors. There were some baking sheets, but hot pads are necessary when using the stove. I would highly recommend adding these to the unit! The toaster also had a wire sticking out the top which was a safety issue. The only other thing we noticed was a rotted soft spot on the deck in the way to the pool/hot tub. We just put a chair over that spot so nobody would step on it. If these...

「We stay at Hidden Villas annually for a special moms and daughters beach trip to kick off our summer break and it’s always such a charming and beautiful place. Our favorite spot and super convenient with the private beach access right across the street. We highly recommend it !!! Our only worry was parking since we only receive one spot to park and that makes the arrival a little stressful when there were plenty of spots open all night. We had to find paid overnight parking in a nearby town....

「People directly above us were super noisy both verbally and physically. 」
