She graciously helped us adjust our reservation due to Winter Storm Fern, provided restaurant recommendations, and quickly helped us troubleshoot some WiFi issues on the first day. Downtown Santa Rosa Beach is cute as a button, and the private beach gives you access to the fine grained white sand and cerulean blue waves of your dreams. The spa was a welcome respite from the cool weather, and our dogs adored the large, fully fenced yard. Thank you for a fantastic stay!"
