“Very nice and clean”

“The booking stated that min age requirement is 18. Once room was booked, I received a contacted that stated you have to 25 to check in. I tried to cancel right way they would not cancel my booking with a refund due even though they misrepresentation of age requirements. I message several times with no response from the hotel; I went through dispute with Expedia and got no response from them either after they reached out to hotel also. Due to this misrepresentation, I am taking further steps……

“We had a great stay here. Great room and location. Very clean. Loved that we only had to walk 2 min till we were on the white sand and soon were in the turquoise water. Loved the proximity to nearby towns if we wanted to staff communicated clearly and promptly. Would stay again!!”

“We stayed Sunday-Thursday at the Watercolor Inn and it was nothing short of incredible. Even before arriving and calling the resort asking questions the week leading up to, to make sure we had our boxes checked, the staff was incredible! My husband and I both mentioned at least once a day how kind and helpful all of the staff were both at the Inn and throughout the Watercolor community! “We unfortunately had to cancel our trip after our dog was diagnosed with a tumor and required urgent surgery. We contacted the property about 10 days before our scheduled stay to ask if it would be possible to either reschedule our reservation or receive any assistance, even though we understood the booking was non-refundable. Unfortunately, no alternatives were offered. What was most disappointing was the lack of communication afterward—we were eventually ignored, and we never even received the……

“The condo was clean with just a touch of wear and tear on the flooring from my stay in 2022. The condo needs a better can opener. The location is perfect for trips to Freeport, hiking in the state forest and a 10 to 15 minute walk to the beach. ”
