“Staying at this property was truly amazing. We spent most of the time on the outdoor patio and in the pool. The pool was great because of the zero entry for the young babies and also for the adults to sit and visit. It was a short walk to the beach. Dealing with Jason was very easy, Jason was very responsive and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. We loved having the golf cart for short coffee runs and beach drop offs with the babies. There are plenty of beach toys in the garage to……

“We enjoyed staying in this Grayton beach historic home. There is a lot to love about this quirky cabin. The Grayton shuttle makes this location more desirable as they pick you up and drop you off right across the street. The drivers are friendly and helpful - a wonderful service. I’m not giving a 5 star bc the kitchen is lacking and so is lighting on the back porch. The washer and dryer are outside making it difficult to do laundry in the dark or in the rain- the only time i want to do laundry.……

“Stay was great, but there was construction on the house next door so saws and power tools started up at 7;30 am. Not fun. Also, two of our vehicles got nails in tires.”

“Overall this was outstanding. Private beach to area and very quiet. The ONLY negatives whatsoever was some haphazard lighting wiring, blinds in the master bedroom wouldnt close (left about 2') of window, no lighting on the outside stairs and front door was replaced but not finished. While none of these were a big deal, they did not detract from the great location and good communication. Will absolutely stay here again!”

“This home and guest house were perfect for our family. There were 5 adults and 2 young children. The bunks were fun for the kids and the guest house was appropriate for the single son. Thanks to the helpful and generous host that allowed us occupancy a bit early after a long day of travel. Highly recommended!”

“We stayed in both sides of the duplex for a college girls trip reunion and couldn't have enjoyed the location or homes more. The beach is very wide and private and the home is well equipped and beautifully decorated. We loved the location near Grayton Beach.”
