“Upon arrival at night, the surrounding neighborhood may feel a bit unfamiliar, as it’s a local residential area with people out and about. However, once inside the property, it feels private and comfortable, and by daylight everything felt completely safe. The property looks very similar to the photos. The rooms are basic but spacious, and the air conditioning worked extremely well. While the water was not very hot, it did not take away from the overall experience. What truly stood out was the……

“Nicole was an all star host, in a wonderland getaway property. If you enjoy nature, this is perfect. We got in later than expected, but Nicole was welcoming and accommodating. There conveniently was beer and wine for sale. Pools were well kept and clean. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. I can’t rave enough about this hidden gem. I hope to return. Thank you Nicole for the great stay! ”

“Affordable place to stay in a safe environment close to the airport and the beach. The owner was very friendly and the entire setting was very clean and unique. It doesn’t have many bells and whistles. One towel, one bar of soap about covers the room. No mini fridge, cups, ice etc. Sinks don’t drain well but found that around most of DR. We were able to check in early and after we checked out at 11, stay on site for a few hours til our flight. Ubers were about $7 usd to the closest beach and $10……

“The staff was courteous and helpful. It wasnt explained well where to check in and therefore I waited downstairs for an hour where I felt dismissed and wasnt given much direction when told to go upstairs. The room was nice as the pictures but some weird holes in walls... The difficulty in speaking to staff was hard at times English to Spanish, even with simple words. The food at the restaurant was really good. The prices were good as well. The housekeeper never cleaned our room and the phone……
