I had a great stay at Art Villa Hotel. The price was very reasonable for the quality and comfort provided. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I accidentally left my laptop charger at the hotel and was about to miss my bus, but the staff went out of their way to make sure I got my charger back on time. I truly appreciated their kindness and quick help. Highly recommended!

This hotel is a hidden gem!! I stayed for two nights and I must say I had a great time. The hotel is near the beach and there’s a few restaurants in the area. The staff was amazing from checking in to Setting up transportation to the airport.I'm already planning my return trip..See y’all soon

Stayed 9 night at this lovely hotel. Found the room very spacious and clean overall. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. They were flexible with the method of payment at check in, which I appreciated. If ever you need anything dont hesitate to ask. Hotel is perfect location and walking distance to everything (beach, restaurant, minimarket). The terrace on the rooftop adds its special touch, could sit up there, have a nice drink while watching sunset or the stars. Would definitely go back !

Perfect for what I needed: private parking, good a/c, towels, bed and it had a safe in the room. Olga at the front desk was very professional and accommodating. I spent one night because I needed a place to sleep and shower for a couple of hours.

friendly staff, close to everything

The staff is so friendly and helpful. It was a quiet street in a very local side of the city and very close to the beach. Some small supermarkets in the area or same street, an excursion agency in the same street on the way to the beach, many restaurants in the area. Perfect for people that want to enjoy holidays on their own way without "all inclusive" option.

Beautiful little spot

Great experience. Let me start by saying that check in is available 24/7 and both the day manager and the night manager were extremely helpful and went above and beyond. Although the building is not new it’s well appointed, and has a nice feel. Conveniently located a couple blocks from the beach and can be walked in a few minutes, there are places to eat nearby as well as stores to shop within a few minutes walk. Several Dominican food restaurants nearby also got those courageous enough to try out the local food, which I highly recommend. The free breakfast option is worth the price and their coffee is good.

I had a great stay at Art Villa Hostel! The air conditioning was fantastic compared to other places in the island, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Make sure to bring your own amenities like shampoo and shower gel, as they don’t provide those. Pillows not very comfortable but they changed them for us. The breakfast included was a nice local dish, and they even prepared coffee for us ahead of opening on the day of our excursion. Additionally, booking trips through the hostel was cheaper than other places. Kudos to Daniel, the owner, for his humor and hospitality and for his team —it truly made our stay memorable. Highly recommend with a great price and value!

The price was fine so you probably what you pay for. Stayed for 5 nights when I checked in there was no towels in the room, I asked for some the day after check in and got them no problem. Also asked for the key for the safe to keep my passport in and was told it was not possible. The window to the balcony never locked properly so was a bit concerned there was no access to a safe. I felt I had to walk round with my backpack because of this and that was a bit of a pain. The property is close to the beach and there was a few places nearby to eat. The staff are friendly enough. It’s fine for a couple of nights stay. If I was gonna come back to punta cana I would push the boat out and go to a resort.

We really enjoyed our stay at Art villa! The staff was so friendly and helpful. They had filtered water available 24/7, coffee in the morning, and great housekeeping staff that freshened our room halfway through the week. It is a short walk to the beach and near many restaurants. It might not be an all inclusive but a great option if you want to stay somewhere a bit cheaper.

The room is what you would expect for a cheaper stay. I wouldn’t say you should expect an American style hotel for this price. You should bring your own shampoo, soap and hairdryer. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Bed is definetly hard and more of a box spring instead of a bed. Hotel is very close to anything you need.

The room was definitely neglected. The shower water control valves had been repaired outside of the wall with PVC pipe and what appeared to be a bath tub fixture. Breakfast was way overpriced for the offerings at $25 USD per person. No amenities.
