"Our stay was amazing, hotel is located near so many shops and restaurants including a Uniqlo on the first floor so that was a plus! Subway stop a block away and there was a Lawson, 7-Eleven and Family Mart very close as well as a Don Quijote. Will definitely consider staying here once again during our next trip!"

"Room 542 make sure you don’t get this room. You cannot sleep as the freeway is right outside your room. The laundry downstairs dryer doesn’t not work. You spend a few hundred yen and it’s a lost cause. No onsen here. Will not recommend if you want to sleep "

"Compared to last year, this stay was not a pleasant experience from check-in to check-out. I was here for a work trip, so reliable Wi-Fi was extremely important. Unfortunately, the connection did not work properly and kept cutting off during our team calls. When we informed the front desk, we were told there was nothing they could do. Additionally, the phone in the room rang randomly twice over the weekend at around 7am, which was very frustrating when trying to rest after long working days. Communication was also difficult at times, as the English proficiency of the staff was limited, which made it hard to get messages across. Might be the last time here"
