"This seems to be a new hotel or at least the decoration, carpet and wall papers seemed almost like new. Small room and yet clean. A good place to stay but I won’t say “wow”. The breakfast is very good with good bread and Japanese styles breakfast. The automatic made coffee is decent, very drinkable. It’s within 8 min walk to the H line metro. The staff is friendly and smiled. However their attitude seemed a little cold. Upon check in, they never said, welcome or hello or hi. Upon check out, they never said, thank you or have a nice day. But only said, “youre ready to go” after I handed in my room keys."

"I stayed here for 2 nights before transitioning to another hotel that I had already booked in Ginza. I wish I was able to just stay at the Koko Hotel! The beds were much more spacious than the other one and the location is excellent. There are a lot of restaurants within a 6 minute walk and you are right in the center of Ginza shopping within 10. There is also a huge 7 eleven right across the street for snacks and quick breakfast items."

APA Hotel & Resort Roppongi Ekihigashi

"The hotel is modern, clean and well maintained. The rooms are well outfitted and the beds are very comfortable. The staff are polite and very helpful. However, the laundry room has only four machines and all were in use so no ability to do laundry. Also, it was raining and when we asked for loaner umbrellas they were all out, so we had to buy umbrellas at the Family Mart."

"Stay at Richmond International was such a breeze. Firstly, our room was comfortable enough to house 2A1C. Next, the food and shopping options were amazing. With Uniqlo just below, it makes lugging all my shopping back to my room for another shopping spree easier. Nearby, we had many breakfast options like Denny’s, Komeda's (my personal favourite,) to typical japanese breakfast of onigiri with miso soup. I love the mix of traditional and modern in the Asakusa area. Definitely coming back here if we were to return!"
