「The house was clean and tidy. Communication was prompt and effective. The house is more vertical so there are a lot of stairs but we made it work even though we have 2 seniors in the group. One has difficult mobility, the property manager went above and beyond to accomodate us by setting a bed on the first floor. Luggage elevator is such a useful addition. 「The property felt traditional yet everything was quite modern and comfortable. The kids loved sleeping on the tatami mats with futons. All rooms were air conditioned. The spacious shower and bath room was a win. The room downstairs was handy for the elderly people. Very close to temple, river ferry, underground, ramen shops, convenience stores and the like. Would recommend to any type of group.」
