「I reached out the first night because multiple advertised amenities were not available. The front desk while very nice was unable to assist. I tried reaching someone via the phone numbers published just to get AvantStay… not the actual person at the property. Arrival was a disaster, but once we finally got checked in, the room was nice. But we were very disappointed to find the rooftop lounge area advertised was an AI rendering. We love promoting boutique hotels and honestly we prefer...

「Motel was in a good location, Front desk staff very nice and helpful, rooms recently updated, only thing missing was breakfast at the motel. But I would stay here again next time I am in the area.」

「Remote staff consistent with many nice hotels in small towns. Clean and comfortable. Spartan, but all expected accoutrements provided (blow dryer). No outside windows but that helps with sleeping late and is expected when an old mercantile is converted to hostelry. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. 」
