「This was a nicely furnished ground level apartment in a home located in a very quiet suburban neighborhood. At night the loudest sounds came from the spring peepers in the wetlands at the bottom of the road! The host was very friendly and responsive. Lots of room in the apartment which even had its own patio. Great for a small group or family- even the pet can come!」

「The space was very large, clean and well stocked. We had a great time with our five grown children. There were beds enough for a few more. It is a 50 min ride from the airport on the T and 20-30 to the Commons, so when we were gone for the day, there was no returning for naps. Otherwise, very pleasant. Kevin was very responsive and allowed us an earlier check in.」

「I stayed at this apartment Sunday-Saturday and loved the experience. The visit was personal and professional. Internet connection was great and I was able to work as if I was at my regular desk. The parking pass allowed me to park right outside the apartment. I never had an issue with parking, and always got a spot right in front of the apartment. The apartment was clean. 「The checkin was the only confusing part as we didnt realize which part of the house to enter and one of the residents was confused why we were driving into the driveway. However, after we got settled in, the downstairs portion of the house we were in was very clean and well furnished for us. We really enjoyed it, and the location for Salem was fantastic. 「We had a great trip to Boston. This apartment is a great location! Easily walkable (or Uber) to anything. Was really nice to have three full bedrooms and bathrooms for our family of six! Definitely apartment living, but exactly what you would expect in a city. Thanks for having us!」

「Excellent room condition. Excellent location. I stay there for 7 nights. Very cozy’s and convenient. However, I barely got the response for my request for housekeeping. The mail of customer service isn’t to serve customers, but for the administration announcing room inspection or filter changing. I wrote several messages and got no response at all.」
