"Check in was smooth, parking was nearby an entrance to the hotel, pool was an awesome bonus, room was clean with comfortable beds that were sound-proof, but breakfast was lacking. The machine for coffee malfunctioned and the staff were not able to keep up with the demands for a Sunday morning breakfast spread. Other than the breakfast problem, it was a great stay! "

"The layout of the room was really nice and quiet. However, there was pet hair all over the bed cover & furniture. The room reeked of stale cigarettes. The air quality in the room was extremely stuffy. I’m assuming there may be mold somewhere in the room. My boyfriend had an asthma attack and had to go to Parkridge North E.R. - due to him not being able to breathe in the room. There are also people living on the premises. As in this is their home. Tried to go to the courtyard to relax but the tenants had their room doors wide open and looking at your every move. So that was quite awkward. Overall, the room was ok but it was not worth a trip to the emergency room- triggering an asthma attack."

"I still have not gotten a receipt even though he said he would email me one and would not give me one at the front desk. The outside of the property was awful the so-called little breakfast things were something you get out of a vending machine and the coffee was from an old machine..."
